Firstly, the smell of this is amazing. I love it. It's not that traditional barber shop scent, it's a bit more herby and spicy. It.does Habe the typical oily feel when first applied, but it dries really fast and leaves my beard with a nice sheen to it, like something from a shampoo advert. It's definitely helped soothe my ingrown hairs and ice noticed I now only get one or two instead after a trim. The bottle comes in very nice packaging, in a ziplock bag and then it's box. Looks like a great gift too. The whole thing feels premium to me. I'll definitely consider buying more once it runs out.

Having used this beard oil for a month now twice a day I can honestly say it does what it says on the box.It’s a medium to thin oil that blends into the beard really easily with no oily residue left behind.It has improved my beard texture leaving it nice and soft with no itch or beard druff but it does contain all the great ingredients for a healthy beard, the only minus for me is the smell hence less one star, it smells very chemically although I still recommend it for how it left my beard feeling healthy.

I had a nice bit of prep for this, top hopefully achieve the best effect; used a derma roller on my beard before washing the hair with Alpecin Double Effect. Afterwards I consulted the Guide sheet included in the package, but a few drops of LIBERTO on my hands and smoothed it in. I then followed this by used a boar bristle brush in multiple directions to get the best coating as well as further stimulate the follicles.I'm normally a bit wary of beard liquids, so I went in as somewhat of a sceptic that this would suit my personal stylings. Ordinarily I prefer styling creams or clays to get an effect, often a little Dax pomade to crunch the tips and apply extra finesse to certain areas along the sheets and the moustache.But this looks GREAT. Not overly greasy, just wonderfully well taken care of. The skin behind the beard is a little tingly - which perhaps factors in the prep as well - and things look really smart.I wasn't keen on the smell when I first popped the bottle open, but it mixes with the hair and skin really well giving a soft, fresh flourish.

I ordered this microbiome beard treatment oil for my son to try. His beard is very black and wiry despite it being well groomed. The oil comes in a small bottle with a dropper for administration and then in its own branded box with ingredients and instructions. It is then squeezed into a leatherette pouch with a zipper which is too small for the box so don’t know what that is all about. My son has inky used it for a shirt while but so far he is pleased as his beard feels a bit softer and less wiry. Only a very small amount is need otherwise his beard is too greasy otherwise he is pleased with the results and happy to continue using it. It does however come with a high price tag of £18.99 for a 30ml size bottle which seems a lot but as you only need to use a tiny amount each time then the price seems ok.
